Steel Silk Road Put into Operation to Facilitate Eurasian Regional Economic Cooperation

  Baku-Tbilisi-Kars cross-border railway which is regarded as Steel Silk Road was put into operation on October 30th, marking that the construction of Eurasian land transport corridor made a breakthrough in Transcaucasia.

  With a length of 850 kilometers, Baku-Tbilisi-Kars cross-border railway starts from Baku, the capital of Azerbaijan to Kars, a northeastern city of Turkey via Tbilisi, the capital of Georgia.
